Creole White Beans and Shrimp  Recipe #1
Serves: 30 bowls

2 yellow onion (diced)
1 purple onion (diced)
2 green pepper (diced)
1 red pepper (diced)
12 16 oz cans white beans
2 lb Smoke Sausage
3 lb peeled shrimp
2 tbs "Zatarain's" liquid shrimp boil
3 tbs minced garlic
1 stick butter
2 lbs black pepper
4 lbs Mrs dash

Sweat peppers, garlic and onions in 1/2 stick of butter
Add sausage and cook until sausage is browned
stir in beans and 2 lbs "Zatarain's" liquid shrimp boil and 3 lbs of frozen shrimp
cover and bring to boil
add 1/2 stick of butter and reduce heat
let simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat and then serve
yields 30 bowls

Mike Stock was there to keep B.J. honest and to provide color commentary.
