Cream Biscuits
Cream Biscuits
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbs sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Preheat your oven to 500. In a med bowl sift the sugar and the flour together. Add the cream and begin mixing until it forms a ball. Turn it out onto a floured surface and roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
