Crawfish and Rice Dressing
Crawfish and Rice Dressing
4 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 lb crawfish tail meat
1 lb of andoiulle sausage(optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped green onion

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix by hand. Wash your hands very well. Pack inside your bird or place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes covered.
