IngredientsLump crab meat(picked over for shell fragments)
* special tool needed-3inch piece of PVC pipe about 3 inch tall and 3 inch around
1/3 cup honey,
1/4 cup Dijon
and a little Wasabi.
Place the PVC ring mold on the plate and begin filling it with crab about 1/3 way up. Then place the tomatoes on top of the crab. Then lastly the avocado. Carefully pull ring mold away and TA-DA a tower. Drizzle with the sauce(following next) and serve. Sauce Mix well and drizzle away. ****Note if Wasabi is new to you be very careful when adding it in little goes a long way. Remember you can add but you can't subtract
