CnFM chile spiced Pork Tenderloin with Blackberry Sauce
Ingredients
Serves: 5

2 ea Pork tenderloins 1 lb ea
1 Tbl Zesty Love Rub
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
1 1/4 c Blackberry preserves
1/2 c Chicken broth
2 Tbl Butter

Instructions
Rub the tenderloins with the Zesty Love Rub, salt and pepper. set aside Add sugar to saucepan and cook until it is caramelized. Add the vinegar, preserves and chicken stock and whisk together. Continut to heat until everything is warm. Remove the saucepan from the heat and mount the sauce with the butter Cook the tenderloins at 400 degrees until the internal temperature is 140 degrees. Slice the pork and serve with the sauce.
