CnFM Louisiana Garlic Bread
CnFM Louisiana Garlic Bread
Serves: 7

4 oz Unsalted butter (one stick)
4 ts Chopped garlic
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Chopped fresh scallion tops
1 ts Fresh black pepper
1 ea Large loaf of French Bread - halved lengthwise

Preheat Big Green Egg to about 400 degrees. Combine the garlic, butter, lemon juice, scallions and black pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir to blend well.
Spread both halves of the bread with the mixture, put the halves together, wrap in a sheet of aluminum foil, place on the grill until bread is heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve Warm.
