Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie
Serves: 8

1 pre-made pie crust( you can make your own )
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup(light or dark)
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract( not Imitation )
1 1/4 cup whole pecans

Pre heat oven to 350ยบ. Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler. Let cool slightly. Beat eggs and add the corn syrup, chocolate mixture, sugar and vanilla. Stir well. Place into pie crust and bake for about 50-55 minutes, until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool pie before serving.
