Chimichurri Marinade
Chimichurri Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground peppercorn
½ tsp red chili flakes
2 juiced lemons
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Setup Thawed meat for marinating Ziploc freezer bag Pot with simmering water Preparation Add all ingredients above to open Ziploc bag Drop meat into bag and seal very tightly, releasing as much air as possible as you seal Put bag in simmering water, shut off heat, and cover for 30 minutes to 1 hour
