Chimichurri Bread Dip
Chimichurri  Bread Dip
1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground peppercorn
½ tsp red chili flakes
2 juiced lemons
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbl fresh oregano
2 Tbl minced shallots
1 Tbl apple cider vinegar

Setup Cut loaf of French bread Preheat oven to 350 Preparation Place all ingredients, except oil, in food processor Begin blending and immediately drizzle in oil Spread on French bread and toast
