Chicken Tarragon salad
3/4 c sour cream
3/4 c mayo
1 1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped tarragon
6 cups diced chicken breast.

In a med stock pot add 1 med onion, some celery and S & P to about 1 gallon of water. Bring to a boil and add the chicken breasts. Cook until just done. Remove and let cool . Dice the chicken breast into med dice. In a med bowl combine all other ingredients. Add the chicken to the sauce and blend. Refrigerate over night.
