Chicken Stir Fry with Black Bean Paste
Ingredients2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
2 tbs of black bean paste (with or without Garlic)
1/4 cup of soy
1 pack of mixed stir fry veggies (or better yet, your own fresh veggies)
2 tsp of oil
Again in a hot skillet add the oil and begin cooking the chicken. When the chicken is about half way done add the veggies and cook another 2 mins. Add the sauces and cook until the chicken is done. Serve this dish over some Chinese noodles.
