Chef and the Fatman easy skillet bread on the BGE
1 pk Pillsbury Grande Biscuits
1 ea Stick of butter
1/2 pk Italian Salad Seasoning Mix
1 ea Garlic cloves minced (or 2)
Preheat BGE to 350 degrees, Use Plate Setter for indirect heat. In an 8 or 10 inch sauté pan or cast iron skillet melt the butter over medium heat, and sauté the ingredients until soft. Quarter the biscuits and toss to coat. Arrange biscuits in a single layer in the pan and bake on the BGE for 18-20 minutes. Make sure the pan you are using is either cast iron or an oven Safe Skillet. After baking turn out onto a platter, pull apart and enjoy.
