Chef and the Fat Man Onion Bread
Ingredients1 1/2 c bisquick
1 cups sharp cheddar (grated)
2 tbs melted butter
1 med (real sweet Vidalia onion) sliced or diced
1/2 cup milk
1 beaten egg
Using your Kitchen Aid mixer combine the Bisquick,milk and egg. Mix until combined and then add butter,onions and cheese. Spoon all the dough into a Kitchen Aid round cake pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Pull the bread out and sprinkle on the rest cheese and bake about another 10 minutes.
You may sautee your onions ahead of time if you wish.
