Chef and the Fat Man Creole Mustard
Ingredients1/2 med onion chopped medium
1 large egg
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
3/4 cup vegetable oil
In a blender or food processor add all ingredients except the oil. Begin to process the mix and SLOWLY drizzle in the oil to create an emulsion. Store in the fridge for about 3 days max.
