Chef and the Fat Man Cherry Cheese Cake (cooked)
2 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs slightly beaten
11/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
4 squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled OPTIONAL (will make taste a little less might substitute Hersheys Milk Chocolate)
1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling
1 cup thawed whipped topping
1 to 2 Tbsp. cherry-flavored liqueur
1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 in.)
Graham Cracker Crust from scratch:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs, about 15 graham crackers
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream. Gradually add cream cheese, beating well. Beat in melted butter. Pour cheese mixture into 9-inch prepared and baked graham cracker crust. Bake cherry cheesecake pie at 325° for 35 minutes, or until set in center. Will firm up as it cools. Top with cherry pie filling; chill cherry cheesecake pie
