Chef and the Fat Man "I got you Babe" NACHO CHEESE SAUCE
Chef and the Fat Man
Ingredients
Serves: lots

1 lbs. Velveeta cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz)
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 sm. minced Vidalia Onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can hot jalapeno relish/Rotel
1 tsp Chipotle
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper
4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
2 scallions, minced

Instructions
Remove the sausage from the casing and crumble into browning pan. Brown and drain ground beef, sausage, onion, bell peppers. Melt cheese over low heat. Add soup and relish to cheese, then meat mixture. Serve over tortilla chips. Can be put in crock pot for a party Can be frozen for use later.
