Chef Fred's Mediterranian Greek Salad
Chef Fred's Mediterranian Greek Salad
Serves: 4

3 md Cucumbers sliced with peel
1/2 md Red onion sliced
3 c Roma tomatoes diced
1/3 c Sun dried tomatoes see note
2 ea Corn or Olive oil
1 tb Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and FG black pepper TT
1 tb Fresh oregano chopped
1 c Olives
1 1/2 c Feta Cheese

Toss all ingredients together, adding Cheese last.

Serve and eat.
