Cedar plank salmon
1 cedar plank (soaked for at least 12 hours)
1 filet of salmon (about 6.oz per person)
Get your egg up to 375. Rub the skin side of the salmon with oil. Place on the Cedar plank. Season the fish with Love Rub. Place Cedar planked fish on the Egg and cook until done. * It is ok for the plank to burn a little, that is a subtle flavor we are looking for. Yes you can use your plank again and again till it is to charred to use.
