Buttermilk Pancakes
Buttermilk Pancakes
3 cups AP flour
3 tbs sugar
3 tsp BP
1 1/2 tsp BS
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups Buttermilk
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1/3 melted butter

In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients and mix well. Heat your skillet to med high heat. It is hot enough when water sprinkled on it dances away. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix with a wooden spoon. Mix until just blended. Ladle onto the griddle and cook until golden brown then flip. Serve with your favorite syrup or fruit.
