Breakfast Pork Sausage
1 lb ground pork
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbs of Fennel seeds(toasted seeds add more flavor)

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust seasoning with S&P. Before you start cooking up your sausage, cook a little one to make sure it is properly seasoned.
