Blackened shrimp and grits
Ingredients1/4 stick of butter
1/2 lb Georgia wild shrimp
1 order of Jim Dandy grits
1/4 cup of Chef and the Fatman Zesty love rub.
Get skillet blazing hot. Add the Love Rub to the shrimp and add a little butter. Begin to blacken the shrimp and don't over cook them. Place the shrimp over the grits.
