Ingredients1lb of bison cut into strips
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/4 each snow peas, some tiny corn, carrots , mushrooms and water chestnuts
Marinate the bison for about 2 hours before cooking. I used 1/2 cup soy,1/2 cup oyster sauce and 1/2 cup white wine(Pinot Grigio). Heat a skillet add a little oil and begin stir frying the bison. When about 1/2 way cooked add veggies. Cook until done and serve with noodles or over rice.
