Ingredients2 lbs of White Oak Pastures Grass Fed Ground Beef
1 cup minced yellow onion
Cayenne to taste
1 tsp of cumin
2 tsp of fresh garlic
1/2 lb of grated sharp cheddar
1/4 lb grated sharp Jalapeno cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bag of your favorite nachos
In a large saute pan begin browning the White Oak Pasture Grassfed Ground Beef. Add the onion,cumin,garlic and cook until fully cooked. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Lay the chips on a large plate, I mean Platter. Top the chips with the Ground beef mixture and then add the cheese. Place in a 500 degree oven and watch the cheese melt. Remove and top with the sour cream, tomatoes,and jalapenos if you like.
