Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff
1 lb of White Oak Pasture ground beef.
1 small onion chopped
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of garlic
1/3 lb of wide egg noodles
2 cups beef stock
1/4 c of sharp white cheddar

In a large cast iron skillet heat the oil to about med. Add the White Oak Pasture Grassfed Ground Beef and cook until about 3/4 done. Add the onions and start sauteing about 3 mins. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Add the noodles and the beef stock cook for about 5 mins. Add the sour cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve right from the skillet.
