Ingredients1 lb of Bananas
pinch of fresh grated nutmeg and cinnamon
4 oz of dark rum
8 oz brown sugar
4 oz butter
In a med high saute pan begin melting the butter being careful not to burn it. Add the brown sugar Stir till the sugar dissolves add the bananas and spices Mix for about 3 mins and add the rum.CAREFULLY !!!!!!!!!!! Mix and serve in a deep bowl with a big scoop of a quality vanilla flecked ice cream.
