Bacon shrimp and grits
Ingredients1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 lb Georgia wild shrimp
1 order Jim Dandy grits.
1/2 lb Bacon
Add the cheese to the cooked grits. Meanwhile cook the bacon, save some of the fat. Cook the shrimp in the Bacon fat and then put the crumbled bacon back with the shrimp and place the mixture over the cheese grits.
