4 - 10oz beef tenderloin fillet
8 large oysters
salt and pepper

Make a small incision in the side of the steak,and create a pocket. Season the inside of the fillet with salt and pepper. Push the oyster inside the fillet and pinch to seal. Repeat with all steaks.Heat a large skillet for about 3 mins on high or this can be done on the grill. cook about 4-6 mins per side or to your liking.let the meat rest about 3 mins before serving
