Fish Tacos
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb fish fillets( Orange roughy, grouper,snapper)
S&P
1 lime (juice)
1 package of leaf lettuce
1 jalapeno (minced)
1 cup of cilantro chopped
3 tbs grainy mustard
1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions
S&P your fish. Grill or pan saute your fish. In a mixing bowl combine the jalapeno,mustard,cilantro and lime juice. Slowly drizzle in the oil. Arrange a lettuce leaf on the plate and place some fish on the lettuce top with the sauce and roll like a burrito.
